Russell Hart runs a training and coaching academy designed for small business owners. He works on a 1-2-1 basis with his clients who benefit from his knowledge, wisdom and experience of being a small business owner since 1993.

He is an accredited Business Coach with Results Coaching Systems and in his spare time is Senior Vice President for Public Relations for the Bournemouth branch of Toastmasters International. He is also the author of a business newsletter and frequently makes presentations to small business owners designed to motivate, educate and inspire.

Russell was previously a Sales Director for the travel division of McDonnell Douglas, the aircraft manufacturer. After going through a management buy-out he helped the company grow from a turnover of £9M to over £26M in 6 years.

After selling his shares in 1999, he set up his own consulting company offering travel purchasing advice to major public and private sector organisations. His clients include the Department of Health, The Office for Government Commerce (OGCbuying Solutions), Bristow Helicopters, Foster Wheeler, the Commonwealth Secretariat and Balfour Beatty.

Although he works with large organisations, his passion is small business. He enjoys working with small business owners who have risked everything to leave corporate life.

Russell has a natural empathy with people who have chosen to run their own business and are determined to succeed. Having gone through many of the pains and challenges himself, he is passionate about helping other small business owners succeed. It is what he enjoys doing best!
